Key Responsibilities:
• Day-to-Day Test Engineering: Develop, automate and execute test cases for exploratory,  integration, end-to-end, performance and load testing; ensure tests cover the design 
requirements of third-party components and the wider end-to-end system.
• Agentic Workflows: Set up AI-driven test scenarios using agentic workflows; use your  intuition for when to rely on manual testing instead.
• AI Review & Self-Healing: Review AI outputs and recommended self-healing changes to test scripts as development continues; reject brittle or incorrect suggestions.
• Validation: Validate testing objectives are met and analyze test outcomes; analyze test result data to detect anomalies, identify bottlenecks and make recommendations.
• Manual Cover: Provide manual test cover for edge cases the automation pyramid does not yet reach.
• Collaboration: Work together with the project team to confirm that delivery aligns with requirements, design intent and test outcomes; provide clear evidence-based 
recommendations to support acceptance or further remediation; witness 3rd-party testing where required.

Requirements:
• Programming: Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript / TypeScript and Node.js.
• Testing (Primary): Strong experience designing test strategies across the pyramid — Jest unit, integration, end-to-end. Practical exposure to regression testing, mocking / stubbing 
patterns, test data management, coverage reporting, and integrating tests into CI to fail fast and stay stable.
• AI Tooling: Familiarity using AI coding assistants and agentic frameworks to break down problems, generate test cases and stubs, iterate on code and test generation, and review AI generated artefacts critically.
• Cloud Proficiency: Practical experience with Linux, networking Docker (for when working in private cloud environments) and S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS/SNS, EventBridge — and
enough VPC / IAM knowledge to provision and tear down test environments — (for when working in AWS environments).
Tooling: Jira / Xray, GitHub Actions or CodePipeline, CloudWatch Logs, Grafana, LaunchDarkly feature flags.
• Bonus: Experience in broadcast and IP TV / Media platforms or broadcast / streaming domains general
